SOURCE TRANSMISSION

don't know why Twitch in the event of internet nonsense interrupting a stream treats the reconnecting of a stream like a completely different stream in terms of session time and for VOD purposes, or why is there not a way to merge the session times or fuse the VODs together into one

CLASSIFIER RATIONALE

Clear expression of unmet demand for a tool/feature to merge or handle interrupted stream sessions. The author is frustrated that existing platform behavior (Twitch) doesn't support reconnection recovery, and is implicitly asking for either a platform change or a workaround tool that could fuse fragmented VODs/sessions.
