By accessing Unbuilt(the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Unbuilt is a public, read-only ledger that surfaces expressions of unmet demand from publicly posted Bluesky content and classifies them for actionability. It is provided for informational and research purposes.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Signals are generated by automated language-model classification and may be inaccurate, incomplete, mis-categorized, or out of date. Nothing here is business, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own diligence before acting on anything you find.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unbuilt and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any signal within it.

Source post text is the property of its original authors and is shown in anonymized form for commentary, research, and reference. The classifications, generalized problem descriptions, taxonomy, design, and presentation are ours. You may reference and link to entries; you may not scrape, bulk-export, or republish the dataset wholesale without permission.

Do not use the Service to attempt to re-identify, contact, harass, or target the authors of source posts, nor to circumvent rate limits or access controls, nor for any unlawful purpose.

We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
