Private personal tags or reactions on shared content

A way to attach personal, invisible-to-others tags, reactions, or brief commentary to content you repost or share. These should be visible only to you (the person who added them) while the shared content remains clean for other viewers. Useful for capturing personal reactions, emotional responses, or notes about why you're sharing something without adding visible clutter or commentary to the repost.

I think without a doubt one of the things I hate most about social media that isn't tumblr is the missing invisibility of personal tags. When I repost someone's art I want the ability to provide my own offhand commentary in an unobtrusive way but I can't do that

Why can't I just throw something on that only people looking at my page can see that says "AUUUUUUU" or"fjdjgnsjfnsnf" or "EL WIWI" to let the artist know what I was feeling but not interrupt other peoples' sharing of the art

CLASSIFIER RATIONALE

The combined parent + reply expresses genuine unmet demand for a feature: the ability to attach personal, non-public tags or comments to shared content that are visible only to the post creator but not to others viewing the repost. This is a clear product/feature gap on social platforms other than Tumblr, and the reply reinforces the need with specific use cases (expressing reactions without cluttering the post for other viewers).
