I like corned beef, but I shouldn't eat it because it's both beef and extra processed so it's really bad for you and I wish there was an easily available option for a gluten-free plant-based version at the store (recipes exist for it, but it's a lot more time to involve for making Reubens).

CLASSIFIER RATIONALE

The post expresses a genuine unmet demand for a specific product category (gluten-free plant-based corned beef alternative) that the author believes is not easily available in stores. While recipes exist, the author indicates the barrier to entry (time/effort) makes a ready-to-eat commercial product valuable. This is a category-level gap, not a complaint about an existing product's bug.
