Verified review platform for freelance artists and commission-based creators

A platform that aggregates verified reviews and feedback for artists who take commissions or exhibit at conventions/events. Reviews would be sourced from event organizers, convention directors, and direct commissioners who have actually worked with the artists, similar to how gig economy platforms verify service providers. The platform would create a trustworthy reputation system without requiring artists or reviewers to expose personal information on social media.

That’s a shame that so much trust is lost online! It leaves even genuine reviews/feedback meaningless!

That's why I wish there was an app similar to Rover for Pet Sitters that verify users so you know reviews are real ppl but for artists doing commissions or artists who table at conventions and the directors were happy with them ect. No one wants to give their info on SM but it'd still help artists.

CLASSIFIER RATIONALE

Clear expression of unmet demand for a verification and review platform for artists. The post identifies a specific problem (lack of trust in reviews for artists), contrasts it with an existing solution (Rover for pet sitters), and describes what a solution would look like (verified reviews from event organizers and commissioners). This is a genuine category-level gap, not a complaint about a specific product.
